Approximately 17 minutes after I left Best Buy with my laptop, I got into a car accident. No one was hurt. I have whiplash and feel dizzy. My car… :’( is going to need body work.

So sorry to hear of your accident Michelle. Hopefully your neck doesn’t hurt for too, too long. Might not hurt to go to a doctor though.

    • Oh, thanks Watergirl 🙂 I’m much better now- just a little soreness in my shoulders and lower back. My boyfriend insisted I wear a neck brace and use ice all day Friday and yesterday- I think that’s why I feel so much better today.

  • Hope you are okay after the accident. I just wanted to comment a little on the chart for it. First thing I see is that Gemini is on the Asc. and the ruler, Mercury, is in the 7th house conjunct Pluto. This certainly implies some ‘intense motion’ of some kind coming at you from others. But with Mars in the 3rd house and Gemini on the Asc., I am guessing that you are least partly at fault?..or that you were at least in a hurry at the time which may have contributed to it. Mercury squaring Saturn certainly speaks to wrong moves. I am sure there was some mutual ‘fault’ going on here. With Mars (3rd house) opposing Jupiter/Neptune in the 9th house, it may have been a case of thinking ’10-steps ahead’ instead of paying attention to your actions in the moment (i.e. perhaps daydreaming).

The Moon was also void of course in Libra and making some pretty soft aspects. The soft aspects from the Moon suggest that things will likely work themselves out relatively smoothly. When the progressed Moon perfects its sextile to Pluto in the 7th house (~May 2010) I imagine your insurance issues will have ironed themselves out one way or another. Also when the progressed Moon perfects its Biquintile (144 degrees) to Uranus in the 10th house (~January 2010) this may reveal some previously unknown information regarding the accident.

Oh well, I of course hope you are okay. I just wanted to throw in some comments. Also, from what I have seen on your blog here it looks like you have Virgo Rising with its ruler Mercury in Aries as do I. • Thanks Chris, I am OK now. Friday I was very loopy and upset.

The accident was mostly my fault- bumper to bumper traffic, snow and ice. The people in front of me kept slamming on their brakes. I wanted to get out of that lane, turned my head for a moment to look for an opening- the guy in front of me slammed on his brakes once again, and I hit him.

The soft aspects from the Moon suggest that things will likely work themselves out relatively smoothly.
That’s good to hear. The guy was actually really nice and was more concerned about getting to his granddaughter’s recital than getting my insurance info (I insisted)/ or dealing with the police. One of his passengers works for the state police, and even she wasn’t concerned!

My car is still running and I’m meeting with the adjuster to assess damages tomorrow. The most important thing is that no one was seriously injured, and as far as my car damages go- there’s no use crying over spilt milk (even though I did).

      I can totally relate.

I will check out your website. Thank you again for taking the time to read my blog and comment on this event chart.
