With the Sun in Leo in the 1st house you are one with your outer expression and the way you present yourself. You discover personal power by using your appearance and presence to maximum effect. Your central purpose is to go all in right from the start. You shine by letting your flamboyant, dramatic, creative side radiate out to others. Coming into your own requires getting over your ego so others can bask in your warmth. Attaining self-realization means understanding that you may be the boss of you, but you are not necessarily the boss of everyone else. Being you means that life is a grand drama, and you see yourself center stage.

An apology? Bah! Disgusting! Cowardly! Beneath the dignity of any gentleman, however wrong he might be. ~ Steve Martin

If you want to know all about Andy Warhol, just look at the surface of my paintings and films and me, and there I am. There’s nothing behind it. ~ Andy Warhol

I look at my books the way parents look at their children. The fact that one becomes more successful than the others doesn’t make me love the less successful one any less. ~ Alex Haley

This is soo me, and I can relate to the little girl with the fro. Everyone admires my hair ..but I am humble for the most part even when I wanna overdo , thanks to retrogrades and Saturn sun. Plus if there is a Sagittarius, Aries or another Leo in the crowd then that means I have to try harder to be noticed right?

    • I guess it depends on how much overt attention you need 🙂

I dont need much tho. 🙂

  • Hmmm… maybe I should add Alex Haley to every post! Just kidding 😉

  • My key struggle: “Coming into your own requires getting over your ego so others can bask in your warmth.”. This was really helpful.

P.S. The fact that you included Alex Haley made me subscribe to your email list. 🙂

  • That’s a seriously fierce red afro!! Redheads definitely convey Leo energy to me.

That’s so strange, for whatever reason, it didn’t quite register with me that her hair is red; it reminded me of a mane.
