I Lost Myself
ost Souls. Vanishing autonomy. I am a mess. I am blurry. Messy, messy, messy me! I’m so confused, I just want someone to tell me what to do! Leaders swoop up the confused masses. Where do I begin and end? Personal boundaries blur. Personal identity blurs. The gradual wearing away of your personal identity and details. Where am I? I seem to have lost myself somewhere around here. I just set myself down. Let me know if you see me somewhere. 🎞️I could’ve been a contender, I could’ve been somebody🎞️ Throwing the fight. Rigging the outcome.
For a minute there, I lost myself. This is what you’ll get when you mess with us. The slow wearing away of individual qualities. Personal losses. Loss of personal initiative. What’s the point, we can’t fight against it. Moments lost. I am slipping through your fingers. I am slipping through my fingers. I don’t remember who I am. Withering autonomy.
A generation of lost individuals. We find out who really does not have an individual personality. A generation of people who don’t know who they are or what they are supposed to be doing. Easily led. The loss of individual gusto. Milling around, shuffling about, wandering alone. Now you see me, now you don’t. Apparition. Appearing to be a unique individual, but there’s no one home. Vacancies. Vacating. Walking ghosts. Remember when we used to drive our own cars? Remember when we didn’t need permission for basic things?
Personal sacrifices. Choosing to deny yourself for the benefit of others. Martyrs. Choosing compassion over hate. Choosing kindness over aggression. Choosing to do what you can do to help even if there is no immediate benefit to yourself. True charity. True selflessness. Exquisite acts of personal kindnesses.
Choosing to erase yourself. The quest to be unknowable. Not making an impression. Erasing your imprint. Erasing yourself from the stream. Obscuring your identity. Leave no trace. Intentionally blurring your personal details.
The Soul Speeds Up
pirituality speeds up. People are looking for spiritual shortcuts. So, what’s the shortest path to enlightenment? The new improved anti-woke woke. Rub the sleep sand from your eyes. Watch what is happening right in front of you. Waking from the dream within a dream. 🎵Hey now, hey now, don’t dream it’s over🎵 They come, they come, to build a wall between us, you know that they won’t win.
