Do-over fee

Please take time to fill in your birth data correctly and double-check it for errors before sending. If you make a mistake in your data entry and you would like me to remake your reports, the do-over fee is 30% of full price. If the mistake is mine, I will remake your reports as soon as possible at no extra charge.

Missing orders
