Birth data mistakes & do-over fee

Please take the time to fill in your birth data correctly, and double-check it for errors before sending. If you make a mistake in your data entry and you would like me to remake your reports, there is a 30% do-over fee. If the mistake is mine, I will remake your reports at no extra charge.
