Digital Downloads
Instant downloads
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
You will receive an order confirmation email with a link to download your item.
Instant downloads, like sheets and eBooks, are non-refundable.
Made-to-order downloads
For digital reports and other made-to-order items: I’ll create your items after purchase and you’ll receive an email when the files are ready to download. The time I need to complete these items can vary. Estimated times of delivery are available in each product listing.
Custom-made digital reports are non-refundable. Contact me if you have questions about your order.
Astrology report do-over fee
Please take the time to fill in your birth data correctly, and double-check it for errors before sending.
If you make a mistake in your data entry and you would like me to remake your reports, there is a 30% do-over fee.
If the mistake is mine, I will remake your reports at no extra charge.
Blog passes
Blog Passes
Day and Month Blog Passes are non-refundable.
Yearly Blog Passes will receive a pro-rated refund based on the date and time of the request.
Astrology Readings
Readings
There are no refunds for astrology readings or birth chart rectification services.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. ASTROFIX not responsible for delays due to customs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
